Biography

Hi, I'm Adelina Melgar and I'm twenty. I was born on January 4th, 2000 in Coquimbo, Chile. When I was a baby I lived in a small town close to Rancagua in the sixth región with my dad and my mom but when I was 3 years old they separated and he returned to his country (Spain) and he never contacted me again.

My mom raised me with my grandmother and my grandfather, so the land that my grandparents have is hugh, so it was very difficult for me to spend time with my neighbors because my mom worked, my grandfather also and my grandmother had to keep cleaning the land, so no one could take care of me when I wanted to go play with Friends. 

I remember that I played a lot with the chickens in addition to the geese and dogs that took care of the land.

 I moved to coquimbo and there I went to 3 schools, the first I don’t remember the name because I have a very bad memory and the last one was Los Carrera school. I remember that in 3rd and 4th grade I really liked math and wanted to study engineering, but when I had to choose a career to study in the 2017, I changed my mind completely and wanted a career in the health area.

In 2018 I studied nursing but I did not like it so I left before the end of the first semester and prepared for the full year and the year 2019, all that time trying to decide what to study and here I am this year studying dentistry and increasingly finding reason for what I like.
